Every time a participant speaks, his time is recorded which gives the possibility to the host to give more speaking time to the participants who interact the least. The Timer has many options to give voice to everybody and help the people in charge focus on the fundamentals of the discussions rather than its structure.
The Timer is very easy to implement and use across your whole organization. Using the Zoom API, all your usual zoom credentials work and the timer is added in your interface. The timer appears in the navigation bar in Zoom. The data is displayed in a sidebar and the after meeting review opens up in a new window for hosts or administrators.
The timer and its data are really simple to manage for all users in your organization. Three different levels of permessions and access to the data exist and can be defined by the organization's zoom administrator.
